Dedar and the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, 2025
For the third consecutive year, Dedar presents an exhibition of textile artefacts created by the students from the "Textile Culture" course at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, who have been invited to reinterpret some of the brand’s fabrics through creative and design-driven exploration.

The collaboration between Dedar and the Brera Academy continues as part of the “Competition of Ideas” project promoted by Livia Crispolti, professor and designer, together with Raffaele Fabrizio, Dedar's Creative Director.
Now in its third edition, the competition involves students enrolled in the two-year Fashion Design specialization programme (a.y. 2024/2025), offering them the opportunity to engage directly with a Made in Italy company and their training and creativity into practice.
Reversing, unveiling, exploring: this year's theme, “Recto/Verso”, invites students to reflect on the dialogue between front and back, what is revealed and what is concealed, between surface and depth. An exercise of observation that becomes a tool for research and inventiveness — looking at the visible and the invisible as complementary dimensions of meaning.
A selection of the projects realized by the students is on display in the Milan showroom, including the works of the winners, recognized for their imaginative vision and technical mastery in crafting original and personal visual narratives.
